Sr. Deployment Strategist, FDE - Communications, Media, Entertainment, & Gaming

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to perform deep discovery, map customer's organization, quantify business value
• Author the PRD, prioritize engineering backlog, manage scope, and act as primary hands-on QA tester.
• Translate business requirements into clear data, integration, security, and operational
• Drive FDE build team through agile delivery, manage stakeholders from C-suite to engineers, unblock
• Lead technical discovery and design reviews; understand customer's data flows, integrations
• Own Day 0 launch, manage war room, drive solution from launch to adoption by capturing feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years delivering complex customer-facing data, analytics, AI, or software engagements (or
• Executive presence; trusted advisor with strong communication; build rapport with senior
• Product judgment: define what to build, write product requirements, prioritize engineering work
• Technical fluency: understand modern data and AI architectures including cloud, data pipelines
• Hands-on ability: proficient in at least one language such as Python, Java, or SQL; explore data
• Experience with data, ML, or genAI systems in production.
