📋 Description

• Lead 3D and spatial design for major projects, translating creative briefs into compelling spatial
• Develop spatial systems, architectural concepts, material palettes, and environmental designs that
• Create photorealistic renderings that accurately communicate lighting, materials, human scale
• Partner with Creative Directors and Design Directors to shape creative direction, challenge

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in 3D design within an agency, experiential, architectural
• Expert-level proficiency in Cinema 4D, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and/or Rhino, with experience using
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Deep understanding of spatial design, architectural concepts, materials, fabrication, environmental
• Proven ability to take projects from early conceptual development through technical documentation
• Strong skills in photorealistic rendering, with an ability to communicate atmosphere, lighting
