Sr. Designer, Design System

📋 Description

• Partner with Design Systems Lead to evolve design system across web, desktop, and mobile
• Create, document, maintain reusable UI components and patterns
• Maintain and extend design token architecture for scalability
• Collaborate with Engineering to implement components in Storybook and production
• Identify opportunities to improve consistency, usability, accessibility, and efficiency
• Build and optimize Figma libraries, variables, plugins, automation, and AI workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in UX/UI/Product Design, with 2+ years in design systems
• Proven experience designing and maintaining scalable component libraries
• Expert in Figma (components, variables, libraries, auto layout, automation)
• Strong understanding of design tokens, architecture, and design-to-dev workflows
• Knowledge of Storybook and frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JS); collaborate with engineers
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility and inclusive design
