Sr Developer, ServiceNow HRSD

📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders to translate needs.
• Provide technical estimates, timelines, and delivery plans.
• Serve as SME across HRSD capabilities (Case/Knowledge/Employee Center Pro/Integrations).
• Configure NowAssist, automation, and AI-enabled self-service.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, and JSON.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, combined with at
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD capabilities, including Case and Knowledge
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and web technologies, including JavaScript, AngularJS
• Experience working with ServiceNow APIs and integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and JSON.
• Experience with ServiceNow development and automation tools, including Workflow Studio, Flow
• Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, particularly NowAssist for HRSD, and an understanding
