4+ yrs architecting and operating CI/CD at scale (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, ArgoCD)
3+ yrs prod with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Istio
Expert-level GitOps: Argo CD, Flux CD, Terraform, OPA/Kyverno
3+ yrs designing cloud-native CI/CD on AWS (Azure/GCP a plus)
Experience with custom metrics, instrumentation, log aggregation, and large-scale monitoring
Nice-to-have: cloud certs (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CKAD/CKA/Jenkins certs
