🎯 Requirements

8+ years in medical devices, healthcare IT, or related customer-facing roles.
5+ years in sales-related, technical sales, or enablement.
Experience in education, instructional design, or digital learning.
Strong digital content creation: e-learning, video, guides, knowledge checks.
Ability to translate clinical/technical concepts into engaging learning.
Bachelor’s degree; engineering background preferred; travel up to 25%.
