📋 Description

• Design, create, and scale digital-first training for field readiness.
• Strengthen global execution and support procedure growth worldwide.
• Blend learning strategy, digital ed, and facilitation with product fluency across Intuitive devices.
• Partner with Sales, Services, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and regional teams to align training outcomes.
• Translate needs into engaging digital curriculum and enablement assets.
• Lead train-the-trainer programs, facilitator toolkits, and ongoing education.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in medical devices/healthcare IT or related customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years in sales-related, technical sales, or commercial enablement.
• Experience in education/training, instructional design, or digital learning.
• Strong digital content creation: e-learning, video, guides, knowledge checks.
• Strong virtual/hybrid facilitation for global audiences; facilitation coaching.
• Bachelor's degree required; engineering background preferred; travel up to 25%.
