📋 Description

• Work with R&D, designers, engineers, clinical PMs, and operations to develop elegant software solutions.
• Develop the product strategy and roadmap for your product line.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders to champion your roadmap and gains buy-in.
• Translate business, market and clinical requirements into executable product requirements.
• Own and prioritize a feature backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap.
• Act as a subject matter expert and foster cross-team understanding.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software product management, healthcare IT or biotech.
• Extensive experience defining and delivering software experiences.
• Agile software development experience.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
• BA/BS in a technical, scientific, or quantitative field.
• Cross-functional leadership experience in enterprise software.
