Lead Finance shared service teams for AR, AP, and T&E
Develop strategic vision and long-term roadmap for global shared services
Drive continuous process improvement and customer service excellence
Monitor SLAs and ensure high-level customer service
Oversee AR and AP balances with accurate reconciliation
Establish and enforce monthly/quarterly close reviews for AR, AP, and T&E with KPIs

🎯 Requirements

Strong stakeholder relationship-building and trust
Understanding of AR, AP, and T&E business processes
Strong analytical skills
Deep understanding of SAP or similar ERP
Proven ability to influence and motivate in multi-location environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
