📋 Description

• Lead the agentic engineering strategy and platform delivery.
• Manage an org of 100+ engineers across 4–8 teams.
• Onsite in San Francisco office reporting to CTO.
• Build multi-agent orchestration with real-time reasoning and tool use.
• Define success metrics and ensure high-quality, reliable systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of engineering experience, with 5–8 years in leadership.
• Shipped production AI agents that reason, act, and coordinate.
• Deep expertise in LLM platforms, inference, retrieval, memory.
• Agent frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI) and tool execution.
• Strong focus on evaluation, observability, and safety for AI systems.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field (or equivalent).
