📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for expanding Coupa's AI platform.
• Build and lead an AI/ML team across US and India.
• Drive strategic partnership evaluations with AI infra and model providers.
• Define and prioritize AI use cases with product leadership.
• Expand model training, evaluation, and serving infra beyond frontier models.
• Own data strategy for AI, including data pipelines, quality, and privacy.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years software engineering, 5+ years leadership (Director+).
• Led AI/ML teams of 15+ across multiple geographies.
• Deep ML/AI knowledge: training, fine-tuning, RAG, serving.
• Experience delivering AI/ML in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Experience scaling teams and shipping AI in production.
• Vendor/partner management with major AI and cloud providers.
