🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D./M.S. in life sciences or MBA with 5+ years biotech/pharma ops.
• 10-15+ years in biotech/pharma alliance, portfolio, or program mgmt.
• Proven external partnership governance and relationship mgmt.
• Experience leading multi-program portfolios from discovery to development.
• Strong governance models and program management capabilities.
