📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership for analytics, data warehouse, integration, and apps.
• Define data quality, architecture, governance, and insights strategies; set standards.
• Partner with leaders to leverage analytics and app dev for efficiency and innovation.
• Oversee analytics solutions, enterprise integrations, and core apps (SAP, Salesforce).
• Drive consensus on data strategies; build a high-performing team delivering AI/ML insights.
• Build and maintain middleware/integration platform; align solutions to business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or related; 15+ years leading analytics/integration teams.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics, integration, and app development in a multinational org.
• Strong leadership: hire, manage, train staff; set objectives; performance reviews.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms; secure middleware.
