Sr. Director, Assistant Controller

📋 Description

• Partner with the Controller to lead the global accounting function and help shape the
• Oversee critical areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process (including accruals
• Prepare financial statements, including equity rollforward and cash flow statements
• Lead and oversee core accounting operations across general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and
• Lead intercompany and international accounting, including management of third party accounting
• Be the technical accounting and US GAAP subject matter expert, including review of complex

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a mix of Big 4 public accounting and
• Hands-on systems orientation, with experience improving ERP workflows, reporting, and automation
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, foreign currency accounting, internal controls, close processes, and
• Demonstrated success leading teams through scale, process improvement, and organizational change
• Experience building and improving accounting operations in a fast-paced SaaS or technology company
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence outcomes across Finance and broader
