📋 Description

• Build and run renewal delivery operations across team and partners
• Manage capacity, coverage, and team structures across portfolios
• Ensure delivery meets SLAs, quality standards, and customer expectations
• Translate strategy into workflows, playbooks, and execution frameworks
• Iterate early-stage motions into scalable, repeatable playbooks
• Own retention outcomes with data‑driven forecasting and risk plans

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading renewals, CS, or managed delivery with direct retention ownership
• Experience in AI-enabled environments with AI agents and automation
• Proven ability to scale operational processes in early-stage or evolving environments
• Strong discipline across service levels, forecasting, quality, and accountability
• Experience managing distributed or global delivery teams (outsourced/nearshore)
• Background with Deal Desk, Pricing, or Quoting in renewals
