Sr. Director Business Development - Northeast

📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base, secure high-value accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across pharmaceutical and
• Understand customer requirements, position appropriate service offerings, and prepare compelling
• Analyze industry trends, customer needs, market opportunities, competitor positioning, and
• Manage the customer journey from initial engagement through contract execution and project
• Use CRM platforms, including Salesforce or similar tools, to monitor customer interactions, qualify

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline required; an advanced degree
• At least 7–10 years of relevant business development experience, with a demonstrated track record
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical drug development and manufacturing processes, including
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify new market
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills, with the ability to build credibility and
• Strong commercial negotiation, proposal development, presentation, and communication skills
