Sr. Director, Business Operations

📋 Description

• Lead Biz Ops / GTM Systems team and define intake, prioritization, governance, delivery, and
• Set strategy/roadmap for Salesforce and GTM apps, focusing on integration, data flows, automation
• Own Salesforce strategy, administration, and governance across the company for scalability and
• Develop strategy for integration between Salesforce, NetSuite, Zoho, and other core systems
• Collaborate with data/analytics teams to improve GTM data integration, modeling, governance, and
• Maintain reliability of production integrations and data pipelines via monitoring and change

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in business operations or go-to-market systems in complex B2B SaaS.
• Proven Salesforce strategy, administration, automation, and cross-functional initiatives at scale.
• 5+ years of people leadership across systems, operations, or business apps teams.
• Track record delivering high-volume stakeholder support with strong prioritization and governance.
• Strong experience in process optimization, systems integration, data governance, and operating
• Hands-on enterprise integrations between CRM, MAP, ERP, and core systems (modern iPaaS preferred).
