📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts and operations professionals, establishing
• Partner with senior leadership to align business operations priorities with strategic objectives
• Own financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting processes, including

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in business operations, financial planning and analysis, or
• 5+ years of experience in senior leadership roles managing operational teams and strategic
• Proven experience owning financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for a
• Strong understanding of professional services financial concepts, including revenue recognition
• Demonstrated experience designing and managing global resource planning and capacity management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging
