📋 Description

• Define and lead enterprise business systems strategy and architecture roadmap.
• Architect integrated CRM, ERP, HRIS, finance, BI, identity ecosystem.
• Establish governance, security practices, and ownership models for critical systems.
• Design scalable integrations via APIs, webhooks, middleware, event-driven patterns.
• Build trusted data foundation for reporting and executive decision-making.
• Lead automation and AI initiatives to transform processes and enable scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in business systems engineering, EA, or related tech.
• Leadership in enterprise systems strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong software foundation: APIs, integrations, data models, automation.
• Experience scaling enterprise SaaS ecosystems, data pipelines, automated workflows.
• Deep knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven, ETL/ELT, data governance.
• SQL plus Python/TypeScript/Go/Java/C#; Salesforce/Workday/NetSuite familiarity.
