Sr. Director Client Service (Healthcare Provider)

📋 Description

• Build and own the engineering and technology growth plan for strategic enterprise health accounts
• Develop relationships with technology, data, security, and AI leaders, from VP and senior director
• Use existing experience and digital relationships as a bridge. Work with the account's Client
• Sell and shape fixed-scope engineering sprints and pilots, then convert them into retained
• Work with solution architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and global delivery to scope, price, and
• Position AI-enabled engineering approach, including governance, human oversight, and traceability

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology services or consulting, with a proven track record
• Strong healthcare provider experience working with large hospital systems, hospital networks, or
• Experience supporting EHR/EMR implementations and modernization, including Epic or Oracle Health
• Established relationships, or demonstrated success building relationships, with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs
• Strong understanding of healthcare provider operations, clinical workflows, patient access
• Ability to identify and expand Engineering & AI opportunities within existing client
