Sr. Director, Corporate Development

📋 Description

• Evaluate growth opportunities, including new center developments, joint ventures, physician and
• Develop strategic and financial analyses to assess market opportunities, partnership alternatives
• Build detailed financial models, business cases, pro formas, and valuation analyses to support
• Partner with Business Development and Business Operations leaders to advance priority growth
• Support the development and structuring of partnerships with physicians, physician groups, health
• Lead or coordinate financial and operational due diligence, working with operations, finance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in corporate development, strategic development, mergers
• Demonstrated experience evaluating and executing complex partnerships, joint ventures, de novo
• Experience in healthcare services and familiarity with physician alignment strategies and
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities are required, including the ability to
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex financial
