Sr. Director, Data & Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead data and analytics readiness for SAP S/4HANA programs and master data.
• Define and communicate enterprise data and AI vision aligned to strategy.
• Guide enterprise data architecture, governance, and AI enablement.
• Develop KEEN’s AI data readiness strategy for predictive insights and automation.
• Prioritize high-impact analytics and AI opportunities across functions.
• Establish data governance standards and KPI harmonization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/IS/Business Analytics/Engineering or related.
• Master's degree in Technology/Analytics/Business Leadership preferred.
• 12+ years in data, analytics, or digital transformation leadership.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale data/analytics teams.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA background with enterprise process transformation experience.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, footwear, or omnichannel commerce.
