Sr Director, Demand Generation EMEA

📋 Description

• Own and deliver Pendo's EMEA pipeline across UK, DACH, France, Nordics, NL.
• Build original EMEA-first demand programs (digital, ABM) for European buyers; hybrid arrangement in London three days a week.
• Partner with EMEA Sales on account plans, pipeline coverage, and deals.
• Develop a coherent EMEA marketing strategy across diverse markets, languages, and buying behaviours; depth in French and DACH.
• Serve as the primary EMEA voice in global marketing planning.
• Lead and develop the EMEA demand generation function, including the Director of Field Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing; 3-5+ years in senior demand-gen leadership
• Proven track record owning and hitting a pipeline target
• Experience building demand programs from scratch for EMEA
• Multi-market EMEA experience; depth in French and/or DACH
• Experience with a US-headquartered company, autonomous from Europe
• Data-driven with attribution, forecasting, and ROI analysis
