📋 Description

• Oversee UX guidelines and product content across AI-enabled features.
• Lead UX quality initiatives and AI transformation; define success metrics.
• Standardize interaction patterns and grow the internal design system.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align on strategy.
• Embed UX and content design early in product discovery and planning.
• Build and develop high-performing UX, content, and research teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in UX, content design, or product design in B2B tech.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary design and research organizations at scale.
• Bachelor's degree in UX, Design, IT, or related field.
• Proven executive-level experience influencing Product and Engineering strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Master's degree in UX, Design, IT, or related field.
