Sr Director, EMEA South COO

📋 Description

• Act as deputy to the SVP of EMEA South in customer meetings and strategic engagements.
• Drive business performance across EMEA South, accountable for targets and outcomes.
• Oversee South strategic planning, demand gen, pipeline, and adoption.
• Represent EMEA COO office in the South region, executing Pan-EMEA initiatives.
• Build senior exec relationships to reinforce ServiceNow’s value.
• Engage in executive strategic pursuits; sponsor and input on deals.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in enterprise software sales/leadership with complex deals.
• Strong C-suite customer-facing experience with credibility to represent ServiceNow.
• Comfortable as senior delegate and decision-maker in fast-paced growth.
• Strong people leadership; developing others and building teams.
• Multicultural, multi-country experience; EMEA South exposure a plus.
• Role can be based in Paris, Madrid or Rome.
