Sr. Director, Enablement - Shared Services

📋 Description

• Lead the Enablement Business Operations function (LXD, governance, reporting, PM, logistics).
• Ensure enablement runs like a business: intake processes, prioritization, reporting cadences, and operational rigor.
• Lead, coach, and develop the managers and teams within Shared Services to build depth.
• Partner with enablement leaders across Sales Skills, Field Activation & Execution, and Leadership Development to meet needs.
• Own reporting and governance frameworks for leadership visibility into adoption and impact.
• Embed Samsara's operating principles as enablement scales globally and across offices.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enablement, ops, or PM roles.
• Experience building/scaling governance, reporting, or PM in GTM.
• Experience leading and developing managers.
• Strong data-driven mindset; translate data into decisions.
• Excellent written/oral communication; influence senior leaders.
• Familiarity with LXD, LMS, CMS in learning ops.
