  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing multi-function teams.
  • Proven global B2B SaaS ops transformation with measurable impact.
  • Executive presence; ability to influence senior GTM, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Strong analytics, data reporting, and KPI-driven planning.
  • Deep experience with GTM motions, segmentation, territory design.
