📋 Description

• Develop and communicate a clear multi-year vision and roadmap for a best-in-class function
• Lead, mentor and develop the team across procurement operations, sourcing, contracts, and travel
• Build an engaged, accountable team that acts with the highest integrity and cares about the how as
• Own multi-year category strategies for all indirect spend, such as software and technology
• Use in-depth spend analysis and company-wide purchasing volume to lead sourcing initiatives

• 15+ years of progressive procurement experience, including 10+ years in indirect procurement with
• Proven track record of delivering measurable value through category management and strategic
• Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams, with a passion for developing and caring for
• High commercial and financial acumen, with the gravitas to influence at the executive level and
• Seasoned negotiator with experience in complex, multi-million-dollar, multi-year agreements across
• Strong data analytics skills, with a point of view on how AI and automation can transform
