Sr. Director, HR Business Partner — R&D

📋 Description

• Primary HRBP for R&D; advise VP+ leaders including CPO CTO CIO.
• Shape R&D amid AI changes; redesign roles, teams and skills.
• Translate priorities into people strategies: org design, succession, hiring.
• Lead with data; use analytics to spot trends and measure impact.
• Build and coach an HRBP team; raise partnership standards.
• Collaborate with TA, Total Rewards and Employment Legal.

🎯 Requirements

• 15-20+ years HRBP or related HR with R&D engineering or product in high growth tech.
• 5+ years leading and developing HR teams.
• Proven track record partnering with C-suite on high stakes decisions.
• Experience guiding org design and strategic transformation.
• Deep expertise in org design, performance mgmt and leadership dev; data literacy.
• Judgment to push back when needed and know when to step back.
