🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years HR experience with expertise in two areas.
• Led compensation programs at scale (salary, equity, exec pay).
• Senior leadership with direct team management.
• Strong HRIS knowledge; Workday required.
• Built people analytics and workforce reporting.
• Deep multi-state HR compliance (EEO, FLSA, state regs).
