📋 Description

• Lead Enterprise AI Platform & automation, copilots, agents, and workflows.
• Build AI-powered internal tools (support automation, knowledge retrieval).
• Drive AI adoption across functions with governance for AI usage and data access.
• Partner with Security on AI risk management and secure deployment.
• Standardize tooling for prompts, orchestration layers, and agent frameworks.
• Define and track KPIs: workflows automated, AI deflection, productivity gains.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in IT with 5+ years leading global teams.
• Experience in cloud-native SaaS environments.
• Proven automation and operational transformation track record.
• Deep ITSM/ITIL, endpoint & asset mgmt, SaaS infra knowledge.
• Partnership with Security on compliance, audits, secure deployments.
• Preferred: Enterprise AI platforms, LLMs, AI agents, retrieval systems.
