📋 Description

• Own the quarterly and annual worldwide income tax provision under ASC 740, including current and
• Lead effective tax rate, taxable income, cash-tax, and balance-sheet forecasting in partnership
• Own the global tax compliance calendar and governance framework across U.S. federal, state, local
• Direct the outsourced and co-sourced compliance model, including scope, service levels, quality
• Oversee corporate income tax and related reporting obligations, including extensions, estimates
• Lead readiness for OECD BEPS and Pillar Two requirements, including governance over GloBE data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline required; CPA, MST, JD/LL.M., or
• Typically 15+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, including significant leadership of
• Deep command of ASC 740 and U.S. GAAP, including uncertain tax positions, valuation allowances
• Demonstrated oversight of U.S. federal, state, local, and international income tax compliance, with
• Strong record of designing and operating SOX-compliant tax controls, managing external audits, and
• A hands-on, daily user of AI tools such as Gemini, Claude or ChatGPT, with concrete examples of
