📋 Description

• Own and scale Crux's partnerships program as a partner-sourced lead-generation engine focused on
• Build tiered partner frameworks with activation criteria, enablement programs, and performance
• Partner with Operations to operationalize partner management in HubSpot, tracking referrals
• Develop a repeatable partner acquisition program to expand law and accounting firm relationships
• Maintain a portfolio view of partnerships, knowing when to double down, restructure, or exit
• Personally build and deepen relationships with institutional partners, earning peer-level trust

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience managing enterprise relationships with large institutional partners (Big 4, AmLaw)
• 12+ years in partnerships or business development; 6+ years leading a partnership team
• Proven ability to create a growth-stage partnership program into a structured, tiered operation
• Track record of revenue ownership tied to partner-sourced pipeline; experience with attribution
• Experience in services/relationships-based partnerships, not software products
• Executive presence to engage senior partner-level counterparts
