Sr. Director, People Solutions

📋 Description

• Own the vision, roadmap, and governance for Workday HCM (and any additional modules such as
• Lead system configuration, releases, and optimization, including Workday’s twice-yearly releases
• Partner with IT, Finance, Security, and Legal on integrations, data privacy, access controls, audit
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and performance, and evaluate new tools in the HR
• Drive adoption and user experience improvements through automation, self-service, and process
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for utilizing AI tools to enable the People team.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, HR technology, People analytics, or related
• Deep, hands-on expertise with Workday HCM, including configuration, reporting, security, and
• Experience managing an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Workday Recruiting) and its
• Demonstrated success building analytics capabilities and presenting insights to senior executives.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employment compliance, and data privacy requirements.
• Proven ability to manage large cross-functional projects, vendors, and budgets.
