📋 Description

• Define and communicate design vision for a large, integrated product portfolio
• Lead design strategy across multiple interconnected product experiences
• Drive evolution and adoption of HighLevel's bespoke design system
• Elevate craft in visual design, interaction design and IA
• Build and coach a high-performing design team
• Align design strategy with cross-functional goals and metrics
• Shape AI-powered workflows within the product platform
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product design/UX, incl. 5+ years leading design teams
• Proven design leadership across large, complex B2B SaaS ecosystems
• Superb visual craft and world-class interaction instincts
• Demonstrated adoption of a design system across multiple product teams
• Experience mentoring senior designers and design managers
• Strong portfolio showing strategy, systems thinking and impact
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering and Data leaders
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
