📋 Description

• Own product strategy and execution for a new growth team across product lines, from identifying
• Own activation, engagement, and retention definitions across product lines, so every team measures
• Improve core product metrics, such as retention and adoption of key features.
• Partner with Member Marketing, who own lifecycle messaging, and with Data, so in-product moments
• Build product operating mechanisms across product lines: shared metrics, one experimentation
• Lead the growth pod hands-on, pairing with designers and engineers to ship experiments rather than

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product, growth, or analytics-driven product roles, including 5+ years leading growth
• A proven track record of scaling products and features to large user bases, with measurable impact
• You've owned activation or retention numbers. You can tell us what they were when you started, what
• An operator with analytical depth. You write SQL, work in product analytics tools such as Mixpanel
• Strong experimentation craft, including tests where traffic is limited or classic A/B testing
• You think in systems, not campaigns, and you've built growth practices that multiple teams adopted.

🎁 Benefits

• US base salary range for this full-time position is $275,000 to $300,000.
