Sr Director, Product Management

📋 Description

• Own and drive vision, strategy, and roadmap for Intake & Orchestration and core platform capabilities.
• Lead and grow Product Managers for Intake & Orchestration and Platform; foster customer obsession and data-driven decisions.
• Develop expertise in orchestration, intake management, workflow automation, iPaaS integrations, APIs, extensibility, and shared services.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, AI research, and Architecture to deliver intuitive front-door experiences and scalable platform foundations.
• Champion plain-language requests routed, orchestrated, and fulfilled via standardized patterns.
• Engage with customers, prospects, analysts, and execs to validate strategy and present the product vision.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in SaaS/Cloud product management; 3+ years leading teams.
• Proven expertise in B2B workflow automation, iPaaS, intake management, or platform APIs.
• Track record delivering platform strategies enabling multiple product lines.
• Strong knowledge of no-code, AI-native automation, API orchestration, microservices, multi-tenant.
• Hands-on leader translating complex, data-heavy systems into intuitive UX.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence; able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Bias toward action, collaboration, and data-driven prioritization.
• Ability to manage technical debt while driving innovation and robust engineering.
