🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience as a product manager at a high-growth technology company, building consumer
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing product managers, with a track record of growing
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer industries is a plus
• Exceptional ability to generate, test, and refine hypotheses using a blend of data, user insights
• Strong analytical orientation with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Proficiency in self-serve analytics using tools like SQL and Amplitude
