📋 Description

• Define and execute the vision, operating model, and long-term PMO roadmap.
• Translate objectives into a prioritized enterprise program portfolio.
• Establish governance, steering committees, and reporting processes.
• Lead large cross-functional, multi-year transformation programs.
• Oversee planning, resources, risk, and benefits realization across programs.
• Develop executive dashboards and value realization metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise program/portfolio management or transformation.
• 5+ years leading enterprise PMO functions.
• PMP, PgMP, or comparable credential; pursuing candidates considered.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with tech and business.
• Strong governance, strategic planning, and change management.
