Sr. Director, Salesforce Alliance Pipeline & Development

📋 Description

• Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships across Salesforce's partner, alliances, Agentforce
• Serve as Bandwidth's primary point of contact for Salesforce's ISV/partner and co-sell programs
• Maintain a comprehensive map of Salesforce contacts relevant to contact center, Agentforce, and the
• Facilitate executive engagement between Bandwidth and Salesforce leadership on a regular cadence
• Drive mutual pipeline between Bandwidth and Salesforce — both generating leads from Salesforce and
• Build and manage a structured lead-exchange process with Salesforce's alliance and field teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales — ideally in SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or
• Direct experience working within or alongside the Salesforce ecosystem (ISV partner, Salesforce
• Demonstrable contact network within Salesforce's partner, ISV, or field organization
• Deep understanding of the contact center market — platforms, carriers, competitive dynamics
• Experience managing and developing a team
• Exceptional executive presence and relationship-building skills
