Sr. Director, Security Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead security engineering across product security, cloud security, and privacy engineering.
• Own end-to-end security engineering org, spanning product security, IAM, vulnerability management
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Legal, Privacy, Trust & Safety to translate strategy into
• Define multi-year security engineering roadmap aligned with risk policy and lifecycle.
• Act as executive owner for threat modeling, secure design reviews, and developer security
• Collaborate with AWS and other partners to advance cloud security best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in security engineering with a software engineering background.
• Experience leading a large multi-domain security engineering org (30+ engineers).
• Deep hands-on product security expertise (secure design, vulnerability management, developer
• Privacy engineering experience; privacy-by-design architectures and data lifecycle engineering.
• Proven track record managing large-scale security programs and budgets.
• Fluency in cloud security, IAM, data governance, and modern detection/response.
