📋 Description

  • Own global TA strategy and operating plan balancing speed, quality, cost
  • Lead and develop a lean team of recruiters and sourcers
  • Define and run a KPI framework and act on it
  • Build and apply AI across recruiting lifecycle
  • Run recruiting in US, Canada, Mexico, India and ensure compliance
  • Manage and optimize agency and vendor relationships

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in talent acquisition, 5+ leading TA teams
  • Experience in high-growth environments with high requisition volume
  • Direct experience recruiting in North America and India
  • Clear point of view on performance management and KPIs
  • Experience in agency and corporate recruiting
  • Demonstrable examples of AI improving recruiting efficiency
