📋 Description

• Design financial technology setups for new customers by mapping sales channels such as Shopify
• Configure clearing accounts and holding accounts to manage timing differences between sales
• Perform historical accounting cleanup by identifying duplicate transactions, missing fees
• Reconcile Amazon Seller Central settlement reports, bank transactions, and payment records to
• Guide customers through their initial month-end closing processes and help establish reliable
• Troubleshoot discrepancies between payment processors, e-commerce platforms, and accounting systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in client accounting services, a CPA
• Strong expertise with QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or
• Strong understanding of e-commerce accounting concepts, including gross vs. net sales, merchant
• Knowledge of cash and accrual inventory accounting principles.
