🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in Education market with client leadership and BD success.
• Leadership roles for an office/market with multiple client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (architecture/interior design/engineering preferred).
• Current licensure/registration in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering (preferred).
• Strong business acumen and ability to execute strategy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills; team development.
