Own qualification and test of new electrical designs and SMT lines.
Debug root-cause failures for phased-array antenna, Wi‑Fi router, and power PCBs.
Use scopes, spectrum analyzers, X-ray, logic analyzers, and scripts.
Develop tools/equipment to accelerate root-cause of electronics.
Drive root-cause of PCBA yield issues and prevent factory escapes.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
5+ years in digital/mixed-signal design with scopes, DMMs, soldering.
Experience with PCBA manufacturing: SMT reflow, wave, selective solder.
Experience with PCBA reliability calculators and environmental testing.
Proficiency with PCB schematics/layout tools; Mentor Graphics Xpedition.
Familiar with Wi-Fi standards 802.11ax/ac/n, CPU/FPGA/ASIC boards; Linux.
