📋 Description

• Lead investigations of employment legal compliance US/global.
• Investigate complaints and escalations of complex labor matters per policy.
• Build a consistent investigations framework and related policies.
• Advise on escalations across the employee lifecycle and corrective actions.
• Partner with HR and leaders to assess risks and action plans.
• Present findings to legal leadership with recommended actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business admin, labor law, or HR-related field.
• Master's degree in related field is a plus.
• 12+ years' experience handling workplace escalations and investigations.
• US-focused investigations expertise; global experience a plus.
• Ability to influence leaders; coach managers; strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to learn new tech quickly.
