📋 Description

• Develop and execute the annual Ion marketing plan and Total Lung Care strategy, translating
• Develop a deep understanding of target customer personas and identify compelling clinical
• Generate market insights and leverage customer, competitive, and business data to inform strategy
• Enhance Ion QTI (Quantify the Impact) models by incorporating clinical and financial outcomes data
• Establish success metrics and regularly evaluate program effectiveness to optimize performance and
• Lead collaboration across Ion Clinical Marketing, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Patient

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 8 years of combined experience, primarily in marketing, with exposure to sales
• Experience in medical/surgical devices and robotics, broncho suite, or operating room is heavily
• Strong storyteller with proven ability to make meaningful connections between target markets
• Clinical acumen in lung health specialties is preferred
• Experience with Marketing Automation, CRM (Salesforce.com), Google Analytics and Tableau
