Sr. Engineer, Access Governance

📋 Description

• Provide IAM user and stakeholder support
• Gather requirements and assist with building modern IAM capabilities
• Align identity governance controls across application teams
• Maintain documentation for patches, upgrades, and audits
• Serve as escalation point for IAM operations
• Perform root cause analysis with engineering leads

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on engineering or analyst experience
• 2+ years with Identity Governance tools and/or processes
• Strong understanding of identity/access management best practices
• Experience with Saviynt, SailPoint, Active Directory, and/or Azure EntraID
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
