Sr. Engineer / Engineer - Contracts

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end procurement of fabrication-related services.
• Draft, review and administer service contracts per project needs.
• Identify and onboard local/regional vendors; maintain AVL.
• Lead RFQ issuance, techno-commercial evals, and cost analysis.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and warranties; issue POs/WO post-approval.
• Track execution, resolve changes, and ensure documentation closure.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
• 5–8 years in Oil & Gas / Fired Equipment / Process Equipment
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding standards, coatings
• Experience in handling high-value service contracts
• Proficiency in contract drafting and interpretation
• Knowledge of Incoterms, LD clauses, payment terms
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder mgmt skills
• Ability to work within project-driven timelines
