Mentor engineers, recruit/interview, and oversee front-end/back-end engineers
Implement security standards and maintain quality management during development

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering; 3+ years in related role
Proficiency in two or more of: C++, C#, Java, Ruby, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript
Experience with Node.js and Express
Web security, performance, REST/GraphQL API design
AWS experience and NoSQL/SQL DBs (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
Automation tools: Maven, Gradle, Ant, Grunt, Gulp
